Method
Chicken Tenders
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim any excess fat from the chicken tenders and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Set Up Breading Stations
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; the second with beaten eggs; and the third with bread crumbs.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender into the flour, shaking off excess. Next, dip it into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat it with bread crumbs.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 5
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.
Buffaloed Bleu Cheese Sauce
- 6
Prepare the Sauce
In a medium bowl, mix together bleu cheese, cream cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream until smooth and well blended.
Celery Sticks
- 7
Prepare Celery
Wash and cut celery stalks into manageable sticks for serving.
