    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Gently clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set the caps aside. Finely chop the stems.

Filling

    Mix the Cheese Filling

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

    Add Chopped Stems

    Fold the finely chopped mushroom stems into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

Stuffing and Topping

    Stuff the Mushroom Caps

    Using a small spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese filling, mounding it slightly.

    Prepare the Topping

    In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and dried oregano until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

    Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over each stuffed mushroom cap.
