Directions
- 1
Prepare the Spinach
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Drain well and chop it coarsely.
- 2
Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and chop them into smaller pieces. If using frozen artichokes, thaw them and chop after draining excess moisture.
- 3
Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 4
Add the Spinach and Artichokes
Fold the chopped fresh spinach and artichoke hearts into the cream mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
- 5
Season the Mixture
Add the minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- 6
Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is slightly golden and the dip is heated through.
- 7
Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
