Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
