Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged outer leaves. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Sprinkle the croutons over the chopped romaine lettuce. Grate the parmesan cheese and add it to the salad bowl with the lettuce and croutons.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic clove, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until the ingredients are well blended and creamy.
