Preparation

1

Chill the Champagne

Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it's well chilled.

2

Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and use a juicer to extract 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.

3

Prepare Garnishes

Slice two fresh oranges into thin rounds for garnish. Optionally, rinse mint leaves and set aside.

Mixing

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice. Slowly add the chilled champagne to the pitcher, mixing gently to combine.

5

Serve

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass halfway. Add a slice of orange and a mint leaf to each glass for garnish, if desired.
