Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Prepare the Tomato Mixture
Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Add finely chopped fresh basil leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Toast the Bread
Bake the bread slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
Assemble the Bruschetta
Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Serve
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Slice and serve with your choice of sides.

Melt the Chocolate
In a saucepan over low heat, combine dark chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
Add Vanilla
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Chill the Mixture
Pour the chocolate mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Serve with Fresh Berries
Top the chocolate mousse with fresh berries before serving.
