Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Prepare Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Coat Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Making the Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Plate the Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
