Prepare the Crab
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the Dungeness crab under cold running water, scrubbing the shell to remove any sand or debris. Pat dry with paper towels.

Make the Garlic Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, and chopped parsley, mixing well. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the Crab
Place the cleaned crab on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the crab and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Rub the spices into the crab, ensuring an even coating.

Apply Garlic Sauce
Pour the garlic sauce evenly over the seasoned crab, making sure to cover all parts of the shell.
- 5
Roast the Crab
Transfer the baking sheet with the crab into the preheated oven. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the crab is heated through and the meat is tender and fragrant.
