For An's Garlic Noodles

Method

For the Colossal Royal Tiger Prawns

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Prawns

Add the colossal royal tiger prawns to the marinade. Ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill the Prawns

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the prawns from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.

For An's Garlic Noodles

  1. 4

    Cook the Noodles

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Garlic Sauce

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 6

    Combine Noodles and Sauce

Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the garlic butter. Pour in the soy sauce and toss to combine evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.

  4. 7

    Serve

Plate the garlic noodles as the base and top with the grilled colossal royal tiger prawns. Garnish with sliced green onions and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
