Prepare Chicken Skewers

Cut Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1 inch in size.

Marinate Chicken
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.

Thread Chicken onto Skewers
After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
Make Peanut Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and water until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.

Sprinkle in chili flakes to taste, mixing well to incorporate.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
