Prepare the Silver Noodles
Soak the silver noodles in warm water for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft. Drain and cut into shorter lengths if necessary.

Cook the Shrimp and Ground Pork
In a pot of boiling water, add the shrimp and ground pork. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the pork is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked silver noodles, cooked shrimp, ground pork, red onion, cilantro, spring onions, and bird's eye chilies.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, fish sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
