Noodles Preparation

1

Cook Rice Noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 5-7 minutes) until tender but firm. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.

2

Prepare Beef

In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

3

Sauté Onions

In the same pan, add a little more oil if necessary. Sauté the sliced onion until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl or pot, combine the cooked rice noodles, sautéed onions, and cooked beef. Add the bean sprouts and gently toss everything together.

5

Garnish

Serve the noodle soup in bowls. Top with sliced green onion and chopped cilantro for garnish.
