Delicate steam rice paper roll wrapped with fried egg, sauteed noodle with ground pork, lettuces, cucumber, carrot, mint and cilantro, on the side with sweet & sour sauce topped with peanut.

Cook the Rice Noodles
Boil water in a pot and add the rice noodles. Cook according to package instructions, usually for about 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Ground Pork
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Rice Paper Wrappers
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip each rice paper wrapper in the water for about 10-15 seconds until soft, then lay it flat on a clean surface.

Assemble the Fresh Rolls
On the softened rice paper, place a lettuce leaf, a small amount of rice noodles, cooked ground pork, a few strips of fried egg, cucumber, carrot, mint, and cilantro. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.

Serve
Place the fresh rolls on a serving platter. Crush the peanuts and sprinkle them on top. Serve with sweet and sour sauce on the side for dipping.
