Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Prepare the Peppers
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully slice the poblano peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Peppers
Spoon the cheese mixture into each half of the poblano peppers, filling them generously.

Bake the Peppers
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
