Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust.
- 3
Prepare the Mustard Remoulade
While the chicken is cooking, mix the mustard remoulade in a small bowl. If using store-bought, ensure it is well stirred.
- 4
Slice the Tomato
Wash the vine-ripened tomato and slice it into thick rounds.
- 5
Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, slice it in half horizontally (if desired for a thinner piece). Place the bottom half of the cracked wheat bun on a plate, spread a generous amount of mustard remoulade, add the cooked chicken, top with lettuce, tomato slices, and dill pickle chips. Finally, place the top half of the bun on the sandwich.
- 7
Cook the Fries
In a separate pan, fry or bake the fresh-cut fries according to the package instructions or your preferred method until crispy and golden brown.
- 8
Serve
Serve the Snowcrest Sandwich alongside the fresh-cut fries for a complete meal.
