Sandwich Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the grilled chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest.
- 2
Prepare the Jalapeño
Slice the jalapeño in half, remove the seeds if you prefer less heat, and slice into thin rings.
- 3
Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the ciabatta roll in half. On the bottom half, layer the grilled chicken breast, followed by the pepper jack cheese, jalapeño slices, fresh cilantro, and fried onion straws.
- 4
Add Z-Sauce
Drizzle the Z-Sauce over the top of the fried onion straws.
- 5
Complete the Sandwich
Place the top half of the ciabatta roll over the assembled ingredients to complete the sandwich.
- 6
Prepare Fresh-Cut Fries
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry freshly cut fries until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
