Cook the Steak
Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Salad
While the steak is resting, chop the iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, and organic spring mix. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Vegetables
Slice the cucumber and vine-ripened tomato. Add to the salad bowl along with the chopped lettuces.

Prepare the Bacon
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.

Add crumbled blue cheese and crumbled bacon to the salad bowl. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and toss gently.
