Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Angus Beef Patty

Preheat the grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the 8 oz Angus beef patty with salt and pepper to taste. Place the patty on the grill or in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side.

  2. 2

    Flip the Patty

After 4-5 minutes, flip the patty and cook for another 4-5 minutes. During the last minute of cooking, place the slice of American cheese on top of the patty to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Veggies

While the patty is cooking, wash and prepare the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Slice the tomato and onion into rings.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, remove it from the heat. On a plate, layer the lettuce, followed by the tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top of the vegetables. Top it with another layer of lettuce if desired, and place the top bun over it.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Fry the French Fries

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the frozen French fries to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 6

    Drain and Season

Once cooked, remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
