Chop the Tomatoes
Dice the Roma tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Prepare Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves finely and add them to the bowl with the diced tomatoes.

Add Basil
Chop the fresh basil leaves and mix them into the bowl with tomatoes and garlic.

Season the Mixture
Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well to combine. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the Bread
Cut the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
