Roasted Grapes

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss Grapes
In a mixing bowl, toss the seedless grapes with olive oil and salt until well coated.

Roast Grapes
Spread the grapes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the grapes are soft and slightly caramelized.

Prepare Pickling Liquid
In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar and salt dissolve.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt on top.
