Make the Cowboy Butter
In a medium bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Combine
Add the crispy bacon back to the skillet with the green beans and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Rosemary Parmesan Fries

Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into fry shapes and place them in a large bowl.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Add Parmesan
Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries. Toss gently to combine.
