Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare Artichokes

If using canned artichokes, drain and rinse them. If using frozen artichokes, thaw them and chop into smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, goat cheese, provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
