Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation of the Steak
Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. This will help in even cooking.
- 2
Seasoning the Steak
Generously season both sides of the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. Make sure to rub the seasoning into the meat for better flavor.

Flipping the Steak
Using tongs, carefully flip the steak to the other side. Add fresh rosemary and crushed garlic cloves to the pan. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
- 6
Checking for Doneness
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, it should read 130-135°F (54-57°C). Adjust cooking time according to your desired doneness.

Resting the Steak
Remove the steak from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Tent it with aluminum foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
