Grilling Fish

Prepare the Fish
Rub the tuna or salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Preparing the Salad

Chop the Greens
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped romaine hearts and 2 cups of baby arugula.

Add Vegetables
Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the cucumber and red onion. Add them to the bowl with the greens.

Add Cheese and Lemon Juice
Sprinkle 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the salad and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of honey until well combined.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning based on preference.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.

Slice the grilled tuna or salmon and place it on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
