For Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Method

Cooking the Sirloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Place the steak on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Slice the Steak

Slice the steak against the grain into thin slices.

Making the Sauces

  1. 4

    Chimichurri Sauce

In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 5

    Mushroom Marsala Sauce

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned. Pour in Marsala wine and simmer until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened.

  3. 6

    Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
