Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, soak the boneless chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Breading

In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge in flour mixture, ensuring even coverage.

  4. 4

    Fry the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Waffle Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. 6

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. 7

    Combine and Cook

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Preheat the waffle iron and cook waffles according to manufacturer's instructions.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 8

    Make the Sauce

In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, pommery mustard, and tahini until smooth.

Green Beans Preparation

  1. 9

    Cook the Green Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and green beans. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
