Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, bread crumbs, beaten egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Bites
Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a tray.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

Fry Bites
Carefully add the crab bites to the skillet in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped capers, hot sauce, and paprika until well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
