Preparing Tartar Sauce

    Make the Tartar Sauce

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, capers, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Cooking Mahi-Mahi

    Grill the Mahi-Mahi

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the Mahi-Mahi fillets with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.

Assembling the Sandwich

    Assemble the Sandwich

    On each toasted roll, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of grilled Mahi-Mahi, a slice of tomato, and a generous spoonful of tartar sauce. Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
