Chicken Preparation

Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Fry Chicken
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge marinated chicken in flour and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Waffle Preparation

Make Waffle Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Cook Waffles
Preheat a waffle maker and lightly grease it. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.

Sauté seasonal vegetables in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Season with salt to taste.
