    Prepare the Glass

    Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne flute.

    Add Bitters

    Add two dashes of Angostura bitters onto the sugar cube.

    Pour Champagne

    Slowly pour the champagne over the sugar cube until the glass is filled.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass.
