In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Assembling the Calzone

Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces.

On a floured surface, roll out each piece into a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
