Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.

Mix Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch until well combined.

Coat Cauliflower
Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated.
Cooking

Bake Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve hot with ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side.
