Method

Preparing the Seafood

  1. 1

    Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your oven's broiler on high.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the tilapia, scallops, shrimp, and crabmeat under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.

  3. 3

    Season the Seafood

In a bowl, season the tilapia, scallops, and shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss gently to coat.

Making the Lobster Cream Sauce

  1. 4

    Sauté Aromatics

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.

  2. 5

    Add Liquid Ingredients

Pour in the lobster stock and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

  3. 6

    Season the Sauce

Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in the chopped parsley before removing from heat.

Broiling the Seafood

  1. 7

    Broil the Seafood

Place the seasoned tilapia, scallops, and shrimp on a broiler-safe pan. Broil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and slightly golden.

  2. 8

    Combine with Crabmeat

Remove from the oven and gently fold in the crabmeat. Drizzle the lobster cream sauce over the seafood combination.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
