Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon and Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza peel.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

Spread the mornay sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Crumble the cooked bacon and distribute the sausage evenly over the cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  6. 6

    Cook the Eggs

While the pizza is baking, heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook sunny side up until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.

  7. 7

    Finish and Serve

Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven. Top with the sunny side up eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley. Slice and serve hot.
