Pickling Process

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and cut the cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, and radishes. Place them in a large bowl.

    Add Garlic and Chili

    Add the crushed garlic and sliced green chili peppers to the bowl with the vegetables.

    Make the Brine

    In a separate pot, combine 4 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bring to a boil until salt and sugar are dissolved.

    Combine and Pickle

    Pour the hot brine over the vegetables in the bowl. Make sure all the vegetables are submerged in the brine. Let it cool to room temperature.

    Store

    Once cooled, transfer the mixture into sterilized jars. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
