Shawarma Preparation

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

Chop the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and radishes into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves.
