Prepare Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to create fries.

Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Season
Remove fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while hot.
Bulgogi Pulled Pork

Prepare Pork
Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks.

Mix Marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Marinate Pork
Place the pork chunks in a slow cooker and pour the marinade over them. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred Pork
Remove the pork from the slow cooker, shred it with two forks, and mix it back with the juices.

Garnish
Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds into the pulled pork.

Layer Fries and Toppings
Place a generous portion of fries on a plate, top with the bulgogi pulled pork, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
