Prepare the Wraps
While the mushrooms are resting, lay out your wraps or tortillas on a clean surface.

Layer Ingredients
On each wrap, start by adding a layer of lettuce, followed by sliced tomato and roasted red peppers.
- 6
Add Mushrooms and Cheese
Slice the grilled portobello mushrooms and distribute them evenly among the wraps. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
- 7
Spread Aioli
Drizzle a generous amount of roasted garlic aioli over the top of the fillings on each wrap.
- 8
Wrap It Up
Fold the sides of each wrap inward and roll from the bottom up tightly to enclose the fillings. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
