Preparing the Garlic Bread

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Butter Mixture
In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with minced garlic cloves, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.

Bake the Garlic Bread
Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Preparing the Topping

Chop the Tomatoes
While the garlic bread is baking, dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Basil and Seasonings
Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Top the Garlic Bread
Once the garlic bread is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture generously over the garlic bread.

Add Parmesan and Balsamic Glaze
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the bruschetta and drizzle with balsamic glaze for added flavor.

Cut the bruschetta into slices and serve immediately while still warm.
