Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the bowl with the chicken wings. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Frank's RedHot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and vinegar. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.

  2. 5

    BBQ Sauce

Simply prepare the BBQ sauce by measuring out 1 cup. No cooking is required.

  3. 6

    Teriyaki Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.

  4. 7

    Sweet Chili Sauce

Measure out 1 cup of sweet chili sauce. No additional preparation is needed.

  5. 8

    Citrus Grille Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce until smooth.

  6. 9

    2 Hot 2 Handle Sauce

In a small bowl, mix habanero sauce, sriracha, and hot sauce until well blended.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss each batch in your preferred sauce: Buffalo, BBQ, Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, Citrus Grille, or 2 Hot 2 Handle.

  2. 11

    Dipping Sauces

Serve the wings with ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
