Method

Chicken Tenders

1

Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, about 1 inch thick.

2

Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3

Bread the Chicken

Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it with bread crumbs. Set aside.

4

Fry the Chicken Tenders

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fries

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

6

Soak the Fries

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

7

Fry the Fries

Heat oil in a separate pot or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Drain the fries and pat them dry. Fry them in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Dipping Sauce

8

Mix the Dipping Sauces

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce. Adjust hot sauce to taste.
