Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Grilled Chicken
If not already cooked, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- 2
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 3
Mix the Cheese and Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and asiago cheese. In a separate bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, layer 1/2 cup of sliced grilled chicken, 3/4 cup of romaine lettuce, and 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the Caesar dressing over the top.
- 5
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Serving
- 6
Serve
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
