Combine Cheeses
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, Gouda, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Mix well until all the cheeses are fully blended into a uniform mixture.

Prepare the Bread
Take the Texas toast slices and spread butter generously on one side of each slice.

Layer the Cheese
On the unbuttered side of two slices of Texas toast, generously pile the cheese mixture until it is evenly spread.

Close the Sandwich
Top with the remaining slices of Texas toast, buttered side facing out.

Serve
Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove the sandwiches from the grill. Let them cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve hot.
