Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch to the apples. Toss the mixture well to ensure all the apples are coated evenly. Pour the apple mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
