Method
Preparing the Lamb Chops

Season the Lamb Chops
Sprinkle the lamb chops with salt and black pepper evenly on both sides.

Heat the Olive Oil
In a large skillet or grill pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the Lamb Chops
Once the oil is hot, add the lamb chops to the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Making the Garlic Butter

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Add Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Finish the Garlic Butter
Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice. Remove from heat and set aside.
Serving the Dish

Once the lamb chops are cooked to your liking, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
