Cooking the Noodles

Boil Water
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

Cook Noodles
Once boiling, add 8 oz of hibachi-style noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 6-8 minutes.

Drain Noodles
Drain the noodles and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop Vegetables
While the noodles are cooking, wash and chop the carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions into bite-sized pieces.

Heat Pan
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of sesame oil to coat the pan.

Stir-fry Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Making the Sauce

Mix Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sesame oil, 2 tbs of hibachi sauce, 2 tsp of minced garlic, and 1 tsp of grated ginger.
Combining Everything

Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing everything together to combine and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
