Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Tofu
Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
2. Fry the Tofu
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add Vegetables
Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Combine Tofu and Sauce
Return the fried tofu to the skillet. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your veggie stir-fry!
