Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and black pepper until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency (soft, medium, or hard). Remove from heat and set aside.

Beef Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook the Sausage

In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef sausage links and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and slice if desired.

Homefries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into small cubes (about 1/2 inch). Chop the onion and red bell pepper into small pieces.

  2. 5

    Cook the Homefries

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, onion, and red bell pepper. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the homefries are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle until golden brown. Spread butter on warm toast before serving.
