Mix the Flours
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and semolina flour. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Rest the Dough
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Sauce Preparation

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

Cook Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes start to break down and release their juices.

Stir in the chopped basil, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
